Melon Barometz

The only variety of Barometz that can be found naturally occurring on the Blackjack Isles. Their cord can stretch up to 100 feet before it reaches its limit. It can't leave the area that its cord's length will permit UNLESS the bulb is transplanted. It will die without dirt around the bulb, though! Barometz will sometimes die prematurely because they accidentally uproot their own bulb. During their life, a Barometz will eat everything around it, transferring nutrients to its bulb until the bulb explodes from the ground, killing it and sending seeds flying.
