Prologue

Andre's quarantine notice started the Itchy Itchy arc. He discussed a plan to deal with Trebol's epidemic with Median, and brought in the B-Team (Biff, Beleth and Buer) for her to command.

During the angel attack, Andre was able to ensure Biff and Beleth performed their duties before they completely succumbed to the angel's influence. Later, he spoke with Baphomet, and arranged for Trebol to have a permanent musician from then on.

Prompt

Andre handed out grenade launchers and customized vaccine/cure canisters, and told Topsiders to blanket every city, town and village on Trebol with them. He also gave out dart guns loaded with tranquilizers and vaccine/cures, and instructed Topsiders to shoot any Hellsider that wasn't in a city/town/village/etc.
